PassPath.ai

PassPath.ai is a CPA exam study site I built using Cursor, Lovable, Supabase, and OpenAI. I learned how to manage a large database, a live product, improve UX, and balance automation with accuracy.

Lunaby.ai

Lunaby is a bedtime story app I built using Supabase, Lovable, and OpenAI. It generates personalized stories and images based on a child's name and interests, with audio narration via ElevenLabs. I learned how to build engaging user flows and balance creativity with performance.

Pecking Order

Pecking Order is a Wingspan-inspired web game I built using Cursor, Supabase, and OpenAI. It helps players decide who goes first in board games through a bird-themed race. I used it to explore game logic, playful design, and how to keep things lightweight and fun on both desktop and mobile.

Rivah Race

Rivah Race is a boat-dodging game set on the river my family calls home. I built it with my 7 year old son using Cursor, giving him hands-on experience with AI and coding.

About

I'm a CPA with over 15 years of experience, including 8 years focused on revenue accounting in the fast-paced world of SaaS. I like making things work better, whether that means automating a clunky workflow, building internal tools, or eliminating one more pointless mouse click. I'm big on smart processes, creative problem-solving, and using technology to make finance a little less painful and a lot more efficient.

Outside of work, I'm a husband, a dad of two, and someone with probably too many hobbies. I'm usually reading something interesting, chasing live music, or brainstorming new ideas. I believe good work comes from a mix of curiosity, technical skill, and a healthy desire to keep improving things, even just 1% at a time.
